Job Title: Outdoor Maintenance

This position will be part of the landscape operations supporting ownership and management.

Job Summary
We are growing! We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance/General Laborer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality landscape maintenance, which may include planting, weeding, mowing and seasonal upkeep, to ensure our clients’ exterior grounds remain beautiful. Key Responsibilities

• Landscape/ Seasonal Maintenance: Perform routine care of lawns and garden beds, including mowing and edging. Spring and Fall Cleanups and assist with snow and ice removal during the winter months

• Planting & Softscaping: Assist in the planting, transplanting, and or removal of flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance property aesthetics.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools (rakes, shovels) and power equipment (mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers).

 

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous manual labor for shifts of 8+ hours.

• Weather Resilience: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.

• Experience: While this is an entry-level role, prior experience and a valid driver’s license is a significant plus.

• Reliability: Strong self-motivation and the ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
