Nursery Stock
We pride ourselves on having the best nursery stock available. Scouring the country, we are particular on the varieties, qualities, and sizes we carry to ensure you get the right plant for your landscape.
B&B Stock
While walking around you’ll notice that many of our pieces are wrapped in burlap. These are referred to as balled & burlapped and are usually tagged with the height of the plant. This practice is used when plants are dug from a field with their root ball exposed. They are wrapped with burlap and wire to keep the soil intact and the roots protected.
Included here are fruit trees (located between greenhouses 7 & 8), Dogwoods, maples, crab apples, redbuds and much more.
Flowering Shrubs
Another form of nursery stock is available in a container. These are usually smaller trees or shrubs (but not always!). Our inventory ranges from 2 gallon containers all the way up to 20 gallon containers! These beauties are located at the front mats and include Azaleas, Rhododendrons, Lilacs, Butterfly Bushes, Rose of Sharon, Forsythia, Viburnum, Weigela, Spirea. Call or visit us today to see what we have available!

Arborvitaes (Thuja)
Frequently used as a living screen along properties, the American arborvitae can get as tall as 40–60 feet and spread 10–15 feet when fully matured. Arborvitae perform best when planted in a minimum of six hours or more of direct sun per day. However, they can tolerate light shade in areas that only receive four hours of midday sun per day.
Japanese Bloodgood Maples
In its maturity, the Bloodgood Japanese Maple will reach between 15-20 ft tall, with a trunk that is only as big and round as a drinking cup. One of the most attractive features of the Bloodgood Japanese Maple is its ability to retain its color throughout the season. A deep shade of burgundy appears in the spring and lasts throughout summer. In the cool months of autumn, a bright red takes over. Even the bark of a Bloodgood Japanese Maple catches the eye with its silver color. They are partial to full sun and adaptable to various soils. These beautiful trees are low maintenance and disease and pest-resistant.
Hydrangeas
A versatile genus, offering plants for shade, part-shade and full sun. We carry many different colors and styles and they are primarily located behind the register shed.
Boxwoods
Perfect for foundation plantings, prune well to form a nice formal hedge. Boxwoods are located on the edge of the parking lot before entering the garden center.
Birch Trees
Birch trees are known for their delicate leaves and neat growing formations. These deciduous trees are often called a "pioneer species," due to their ability to thrive in a variety of climates and conditions.
A medium-sized tree, most birch trees grow 30-50 feet tall with shallow rooting systems, making them a popular addition in small yards and urban areas. They also love moist environments, making them perfect for accent trees near lakes or ponds.
Birch trees typically have attractive bark, with shades of white, grey, and even silver. Their foliage is small and delicate - bright green hues in spring and summer turn yellow in fall, and their drooping canopies can provide a shady spot in your home garden.
Specimen Pieces
We carry many unique and beautiful specimen pieces grown and delivered from the Pacific Northwest. We are one of the few garden centers around to carry some of these special trees! But don’t wait! They go fast! Visit us in May to browse our new selections.
